What you'll do
- Gather requirements in consultation with various stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
- Analyse existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into system and software specifications
- Develop business cases and proposals for ICT initiatives, including new system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
- Document functional and technical specifications, user stories and other relevant artifacts
- Facilitate workshops and user interviews to gather detailed user requirements
- Create and maintain user stories and other business documentation using appropriate tools.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
- Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing user requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- Second language speaker, Chinese (desired not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
