As a Business Support Consultant, you'll be the initial contact for our customers, dedicated to ensuring a positive experience and resolving queries thoroughly. Joining the outbound team, you will assist in transferring high-value individuals and small business clients from Bankwest to CBA accounts, supporting our Small Business Banking function. Your commitment to quality service will drive smooth transitions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Do work that matters:
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Resolve queries promptly as the initial point of contact.
Understand the transition process and collaborate with Small Business Banking team.
Provide timely and accurate responses using appropriate channels.
