Business Configuration Analyst
Continuing, full time appointment
Professional Employee Level 7 - $91,642 – $100,594 pa
Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

About the Position 
As the Business Configuration Analyst, you will support the delivery of business innovation through digital technology that will significantly transform the way the student placements operate.  The Business Configuration Analyst will work with Business Solutions Partner(s) and project teams to understand how Student placement and management functions can evolve as an agile operating model.  

You will perform data analytics and provide insightful report(s) to stakeholders for decision-making and will provide business and process analysis to build the foundation for continuous business improvement.

The Business Configuration Analyst will work with other corporate systems stakeholders to ensure that integration and automation can be achieved to the highest extent possible across corporate and ICT business systems. The role will also provide technical support in troubleshooting software and configuration-related issues for supported systems.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Degree in a related field and/or extensive experience in the field or a combination.
  • Good knowledge of IT skills, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking, and security.
  • Proficiency in various technical aspects of student placement systems, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of system security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain strong security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in supporting business intelligence needs including experience in business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights to facilitate business decision making. 
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a track record of effectively engaging stakeholders of varying technical ability or subject matter expertise.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $91,642 – $100,594 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $107,221 - $117,694 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
