Your Role
Our Portfolio Execution team is looking for a Business Design Lead to join the team.
Your role is to foster creativity and design expertise to clarify business ideas and translate them into actionable plans within project delivery frameworks. You excel in clarifying ambiguous problems, co-designing target states, and advising on their impacts across various business domains. Your unique contribution lies in your ability to shape the business approach, considering operational, budgetary, and regulatory constraints, while driving decision-making processes crucial for solution feasibility.
Additionally, you ensure that program and project solutions adhere to best practices and draw on customer and business insights, to help guide teams towards successfully executing initiatives that address identified problems or opportunities across the portfolio.
This is a permanent role, open for Sydney and Melbourne location.
About You
We are looking for a Business Design Lead with proven teamwork, influential partnership abilities, and a strong business partnering mindset, along with a following experience.
- Demonstrated involvement in extensive, multiyear, complex projects and exposure to diverse initiatives such as business transformation, application development, process redesign, system replacements, and regulatory changes.
- Experience in business environment establishing business value, undertaking root cause analysis, creating operating models, utilising process architecture, business architecture, and service designs.
- Ability leveraging AI to facilitate the speedy delivery of project outcomes.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse business groups from C-Suite to subject matter experts and technology representatives.
- Shaping and definition of complex solutions across products, channels, value chain, business and technology.
- General Insurance knowledge and experience, desirable
- HCD, CX, UX, and Design Thinking, desirable.
