About the role:
The Aviation Business Development Analyst position is a unique, business critical role that supports the Head of Aviation Business Development & Commercial in establishing and maintaining commercial relationships across the world to analyse aviation trends and forge opportunities within the market.
The role is dynamic and requires the successful candidate to be analytical, strategic, and adept at communicating industry specific data to both internal and external stakeholders from a range of cultural and technical backgrounds.
Responsibilities will include:
- Immigration, airline and market data capture and analytics to develop extensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Forge and maintain relationships across the aviation industry within Australia and on a regional and world-wide basis.
- Develop and drive strategic relationships at all levels with key stakeholders including other airports, airline operators, local councils, and government departments nationally and internationally.
- Draw upon both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to identify current performance and growth opportunities and present to the executive leadership team and board.
- Degree, Data Analytics, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or other Business related disciplines.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate information to high quality reports.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex analysis to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to process and analyse large, complex datasets and identify trends and opportunities.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.
- Cultural awareness and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders from varying cultural, technical and industry backgrounds.
