This is a newly created position, established due to growing demand for Home Lending needs within the Small Business customer base. You'll leverage your strong complex lending experience along with existing business development skills to attract new to bank customers. Partnering with your branch network, you'll be able to take advantage of an extensive internal database and first party referrals. Westpac's Business Home Finance Manager role will suit a flexible, customer centric individual who is able to assist business customers across various markets achieve the best possible outcome for Home Lending needs.

What do I need?
A strong lending background, particularly within the business and complex lending space. You'll enjoy building rapport with your customers and have a proven track record of generating business in the financial sector. You'll be a people person who loves meeting new faces and building networks, while delivering results that go above and beyond customer expectations. Your strong business acumen, and ability to present detail and solid organisational skills are a must as well - especially as you'll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while you're on the go.
