Duties
  • Manage allocated Business Improvement initiatives in line with current project and task management practices, and in collaboration with various business areas.
  • Develop, review, and quality assurance of internal business policies, processes and support resources.
  • Carry out research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the group. This includes developing high level documentation, recommendations, and options.
  • Utilise business applications to design, implement and maintain effective solutions. This includes online forms, workflow and other corporate applications.
  • Complete post implementation reviews to ensure agreed improvements are delivered, outcomes achieved, lessons captured, and further improvements identified.
Desirable Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
