Job description

An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created form this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions.The role involves full stack development and support of Business Intelligence applications, dashboards, and reports, ensuring adherence to team and organisational policies and standards while meeting business needs.

Key responsibilities include analysing, designing, and developing BI solutions, ensuring compliance with code standards and data governance policies. The role also requires providing technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, and Power BI, along with documenting BI projects and systems. Additionally, the position involves supporting production activities, identifying and rectifying issues, and contributing to continual improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to the organization's vision, goals, and values.

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or formal technical training in Business Intelligence or related subject areas coupled with a proven track record as a Business Intelligence developer.
  • BI development experience leveraging off the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI).
  • An excellent understanding of Business Intelligence, data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data visualisation techniques.
  • A team player who enjoys working as part of a team and can communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business colleagues.
