Business Manager for NDIS Plan Manager
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (AEDT), with a 55-minute lunch break.

About the role
This position offers a full-time remote work opportunity to remotely oversee a small team of Plan Managers. Your responsibilities will involve conducting final checks on processed invoices ensuring data accuracy, delegating tasks to team members, addressing calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, managing the CRM & NDIS portal, assisting the team with invoice processing, uploading files to the NDIS porta and banking.
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Prior experience in NDIS plan management (Highly Desired)
- Exceptional attention to detail (Critical): Proficient in identifying and addressing issues and invoice discrepancies effectively.
- Familiarity with NDIS line items, budget categories, and price caps (Desired)
- Prior experience in NDIS bulk upload and ABA file uploading (Desired)
- Previous experience in overseeing a small team remotely (Desired)
- Proficiency in technology usage, including the Office 365 suite and CRM
- Capacity to sustain performance and concentration for extended periods
- Demonstrated adaptability and quick learning skills
- Effective communication skills within a team setting
- Background in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Mathematics Education is advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Achievement-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily KPIs
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills, especially in addressing arising issues
Note
Following a successful interview, the applicant is required to submit 100 points of ID, a succesful police check, and a reference from their current line manager. Additionally, successful completion of the NDIS worker screening check.
