As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the financial, business and facilities management of the school and provide support to the principal in these areas. With qualifications and experience in similar multi-disciplinary roles, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to ensure the school can achieve its strategic and operational goals. 

 Joining a team of skilled professionals, you will  

• manage and report on the college’s financial activities guided by established management strategies and support from the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office 
• continue the management and development of all facilities supported by the college’s master and maintenance plans 
• collaborate with the college’s leadership team and Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office team to deliver high quality financial, business and facilities management support and services  
• continue to develop your own knowledge and skills through engaging in professional development and networking opportunities.

Business Managers at St Mary's School are eligible for: 

• Relocation support of up to $4,500 
• Support to move additional household members of up to $500 per person 
• Salary packaging.

As a Business Manager with Toowoomba Catholic Schools, you will be joining a network of 32 schools, who, with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office form Toowoomba Catholic school’s system. Through our shared purpose, enabling full and flourishing lives we support staff and students to reach their potential.  

You will receive regular support from your principal and visiting School support accountant - experts who will help you advance your finance, business and facilities management skills. You will also be a part of a network of Business Managers and given the opportunity to attend targeted professional development hosted by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.
