Business Operations Administrator

  • Temporary 12 Month Contract
  • Full-time (35 hrs p/week)
  • Location: Bathurst, NSW  
  • Clerk Grade: 1/2
  • Base Salary ($70,694- $76,857), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for administrative support services to the Business Operations team. 

  • Maintaining timely and accurate records and providing quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Provide essential support through tasks like filing, managing mail, maintaining databases, and handling routine purchases. 
  • Collect and compile information to support the development of documentation and reports.
  • Respond to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
  • Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

Where you'll be working

The Commission is based in Bathurst with an office in the Sydney CBD. This role is based in our Bathurst office.

Eligibility 
To be eligible to apply for employment at GWIC, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
