Our client is a renowned utility company seeking a change professional to lead the build and implementation of a Business Readiness plan.
Key responsibilities include readiness planning, impact analysis, and post-implementation support across a diverse change management project. You will also develop handover processes and documents, to improve performance and adoption. This opportunity is initially a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own overall implementation of a readiness plan including checkpoint and signoff coordination
- Identify & assess project stakeholders (direct/indirect) addressing complex concerns and expectations
- Develop post implementation reinforcement plans to ensure change, monitor adoption, and address outcomes
Key Skills:
- Experience tracking, planning, and delivering change management
- Expertise in complex stakeholder management
- Knowledge of developing and implementing readiness plans
- Experience with CRM platforms
