Join as a Business ServicesImprovement Manager in a permanent role with a Victorian education provider.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is looking to move into a leadership position. As the Business Services and Improvement Manager you will be building out a team to support the operational and technology teams to provide continuous improvement across the third party and shared services providers engaged at the education provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk
Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract
Oversee contract initiation, renewal, and expiry for value for money
Manage internal shared services with financial and administrative support
Manage vendor performance, addressing issues promptly.
Analyse supplier performance and lead supplier performance meetings.
About you:
Proven experience working across procurement, vendor management and contract management
Background in managing vendor relationships
Good problem-solving abilities for requirements analysis.
Effective communication for balancing individual needs and organisational goals.
Understanding of financial constraints for value-for-money contracts.
Passion for leadership and building high performing teams
