What to expect:

• Provide excellent client service standards and make memorable moments
• Provide high quality business and taxation advice to clients, including tax planning, budgeting and cash flow forecasts
• Develop solutions and provide advice to improve processes and contribute to the generation of new ideas for clients
• Prepare financial analysis and reports that add real value to clients and allow them to make better business decisions
• Manage team development, communications, workflow, and client service standards
• Identify business opportunities and be actively involved in business development and new proposals.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Staff management experience
• Have experience working across a diverse range of entities
• Be a confident communicator both in written and verbal formats
• Have a genuine desire to develop your career in the accounting industry
