The Role:
- Preparing financial statements and tax returns for all entities (exempt of SMSF's)
- Liaising with large, complex clients on a regular basis providing top-shelf advice
- Managing a team of accountants and reviewing their work to pass on for the Partner's signature
- Ensuring all quality of work produced from the team is to that of the firm's standard
To be considered for this excellent vacancy, you must have:
- 6+ years working in an Australian accounting firm
- CA/CPA completion given the seniority of the role
- Experience in producing financial statements and tax returns for all entities (SMSF's not imperative but some knowledge preferred)
- Proficiency in most, if not all Division 7A, CGT and FBT matters.
- Ability to mentor, train and review junior staff members work
- Strong communication skills to liaise with and retain clients
- Ambition to perform well and have genuine interest in equity pathways
- A friendly and welcoming approach
- Interdependent and independent working ability
