Business Solutions Partner 
Continuing, full time appointment
Professional Employee Level 9 - $119,610 – $126,324 pa
Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave
Casuarina Campus

Provide oversight for Human Resource Business Systems and Analytics functions of the University.

About the Position
As the Business Solutions Partner you will deliver business innovation through digital technology that will significantly transform the way the Human Resources function operates.  The role will work in alignment with the HR leadership team to understand how Human Resource functions can evolve into an agile operating model. 

The role will take leadership in digital transformation to automate transactional processes using cloud, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation.  As a Business Solutions Partner it is critical that you understand foundational Human Resources and business principles, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a strong desire to improve efficiencies and use Key Performance Indicators to drive decisions. 

The role will also provide oversight and manage new system implementation within the People and Culture team as well as coordinate and liaise with other work units and corporate systems to ensure that integration and automation can be achieved to the highest extent possible.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • A degree in accounting, business, or ICT with at least four years relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing business and functional requirements specifications. 
  • Proven experience in process analysis and definition of desired outcomes (as is / to be) related to organisational processes optimisation as aligned to organisational systems.
  • Ability to provide expertise, advice and best practices to functional business teams including workflow gap analysis for business processes and identifying requirements for data reporting and integrations.  
  • Proficiency in supporting business intelligence needs including experience in business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights to facilitate business decision making. 
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a track record of effectively engaging stakeholders of varying technical ability or subject matter expertise.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $119,610 – $126,324 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $139,943 - $147,799 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
