An exciting new opportunity has become available for BusinessSupport Supervisorto join and oversee our back office team the Western Power Meter Exchange contract based in the Canning Vale, WA office.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the operations team with the goal to maximise productivity. Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Overseeing and providing support to our administration and scheduling team to ensure we are delivering a high standard to our client.
- Continuous improvement of the planning and scheduling of field resources
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised office all-rounder
- Reliable and self-motivated
