About the Role
As the Business Systems Support Officer, you will work collaboratively within the Business Optimisation team to provide systems and operational support across the firm. You will be required to use initiative and manage multiple tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with different teams within a professional office environment.
Some key tasks will include:
- Identify critical improvement opportunities and understand the operating environment to address issues and concerns
- Support the design and delivery of activities related to organisational improvement initiatives and processes
- Create and maintain documentation including flow charts, business processes, standard operating procedures and training materials
- Liaise with software providers to identify process improvement opportunities
- Design and implement Microsoft Forms surveys for data collection and analysis
- Maintain Policies and Procedures Hub documentation in SharePoint
- Coordinate and support various projects in collaboration with relevant leaders, including gathering project requirements, providing updates, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a client service focused position, ideally within a professional services environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Forms) and SharePoint
- Experience in the utilisation of a range of systems and software
- Ability to anticipate potential issues, problem solve and provide solutions
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and continuous improvement
- Ability to identify improvement and change initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience working effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
