The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our world-class facility, servicing one of Global CTDI's most esteemed customers. Based in the Western Sydney region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management and procurement to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to meet the company's inventory needs. This is an onsite role.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully managing inventory levels and optimising procurement processes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ability to work in a Team environment
The successful candidates will hold the following experience:
- Tertiary studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in procurement in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Knowledge with SAP Software
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
