We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about business and creating beautiful furniture. You will be dedicated to providing the highest standards of service to our clients. Here’s what we expect from you:

• A passion for creating and selling unique pieces of furniture from wine barrels. 
• Solid knowledge and experience in manufacturing, shipping, and logistics or related fields.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A robust work ethic, with a passion for learning and development.
• Eagerness to take up challenges and step out of your comfort zone.
• An ambition to build a great brand that is a leader in the industry.
• Experience operating your own small business would be highly regarded.

You will have a genuine desire to operate autonomously, in a role akin to a small business owner, but with a strong support network to help you succeed.  

As an integral part of our team, you’ll be leading the growth of our newly created brand, The Barrel Place, which builds upon existing brands which have been around for over 20 years. You will:

• Lead development of the brand. 
• Deal with customer enquiries and generate sales.
• Manufacture our unique barrel furniture.
• Manage warehousing, inbound and outbound shipping and logistics.
• Work with suppliers to source high quality products at a good price.

You’ll be part of our growing community of Brand Builders who will share knowledge and experience and learn together as they build great brands that will grow for many years to come.
