Lifestyle Assistant at Regis Caboolture.Situated in a quiet residential precinct close to Central Lakes Shopping Village, Regis Caboolture has excellent public transport links and is close to childcare centres and local schools.Applicants must have 7 days availability with the shift times 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 14:00 Saturday and Sunday.No qualifications required but require NDIS and 2024 Influenza vaccination.

How you'll make an impact- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
- Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
- Communicate with residents and their families
The traits that will help you succeed in the role
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable but not required)
- Proactive and energetic self starter with strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged Care
