Join Gardner Vaughan Group, an award winning Brisbane-based Builder/Developer with a 35 year pedigree in acquiring, developing, selling and managing multi-res projects in Queensland's Southeast,valuing people above all else.
The successful applicant will join our established team to help deliver our residential projects in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will be undertaking a Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) or similar, having completed 1 year and looking to complete their degree with industry experience.
The successful candidate must be:-
- Passionate about construction
- Adaptable with an aptitude to handle multiple roles and projects in varying roles
- Solutions driven with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict
- A values-driven and company focused team player without ego or agenda
- Willing to adapt to adopt and contribute to the development of company procedures

Reporting to the project manager and supported by a senior contracts administrator, and supporting the site team in a collaborative team environment, the successful applicant will take on a range of roles over time, and get a broad skill base to take them forward in their construction career.
Gardner Vaughan Group has always looked to grow internally, and this is no more evident with our contract admin cadets, with both the director of construction and our senior CA having started with us as cadets.
Gardner Vaughan Group manages projects from finding and purchasing the site through to property management. The experience gained in being exposed to a project lifecycle is priceless for anyone starting out a career in construction and the opportunities for growth limited only by your ambition.
