Position: Café 2IC (Second in Charge) (Level3)About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Café 2IC to join our vibrant team. As the Second in Charge, you will support the Café Manager in all aspects of café operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow. Your leadership skills and passion for hospitality will be key in maintaining our high standards and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the café.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Manage staff schedules and training.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Café Manager.
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on menu items and daily specials.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Position: Front of House StaffAbout the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House staff member to be the face of our café. As a Front of House team member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have a delightful experience from start to finish.

- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
