AddressCafé 63 Warwick - Barista and Front of House team members wanted!
Overview: To consistently provide a high level of customer service to all Café 63 customers by adhering to the group standards and working in an energetic, enthusiastic and professional manner.
Reports to: Out-Front Manager
Key responsibilities:
- To adhere to Café 63 customer service standards and timings as set out in Atlas63
- To ensure all hot and cold drinks are produced in accordance with Café 63 recipes and presentation standards
- To accurately take customer orders using the standards set out in English63
- To accurately and confidently deal with any guest concerns in a friendly manner to achieve a positive outcome for the customer and store
- To accurately process bill payments and transactions using the Maggie loyalty card
- To keep the out-front section and bar clean and tidy
- To follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines as trained
- To follow all company policies and procedures as trained
- To work with the rest of the Café 63 team to create a positive, respectful working environment
- To maintain a clean and presentable appearance and uniform, in line with Café 63 standards

Skills:
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail and well organise
- Current I’m Alert certificate
- Current RSA certificate
Desirables:
- Previous experience in a high volume café or restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plates at once
Previous barista and café experience is preferred.
