Join our Thriving Team at Beans and Buoys Café - located within a large aquatic facility in Mount Gravatt East.
We are after a café allrounder who is as passionate about healthy food as we are. You will work collaboratively with the café manager to ensure high standards in product quality, customer service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and other menu items.
- Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets quality standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service with a smile
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both BOH & FOH areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Ideally 6-12 months min food preparation/café hospitality experience
- Must have flexible availability across a 7-day roster
- Barista skills and experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of a general café operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay starts at an impressive $29 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $35 per hour based on your experience.
