Our ideal candidate for the position of Senior Cook will:
- Have relevant qualifications,
- Have a minimum of two years experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, including serving breakfast,
- Work well under pressure,
- Oversee stock control and placing supplier orders,
- Have a hard-working, can do attitude,
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proactive attitude,
- Have good communication skills and the ability to make decisions,
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays,
- Show exceptional organization and time management skills,
- Have the ability to lead a small team,
- Have the ability to prepare creative and intuitive specials ideas in line with our healthy alternative menu is advantageous.
