AddressWe are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our café in Ashmore. Previous experience is essential in a similar role.
This role will ideally suit a motivated individual looking to take ownership of their position. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Excellent customer service & presentation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision but as a part of a team within the organisation.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of cafe operating procedures, stock control and ordering
• Short order cooking and menu planning
• Previous experience in a working café / kitchen environment
• Excellent hygiene practices and a working knowledge of OHS requirements & food safety.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Oversee cafe staff
• Cooking and menu planning
• Cleaning
• Daily set up and end of day processes, stock control, ordering
• Customer service
This is a café within a business / showroom environment servicing the general public and staff with presentation and cleanliness the highest priority.
