Call Center Agent

Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for Customer Service Administrators (Call Center) x 6 in Heidelberg West Victoria to start ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Job is to make outbound calls on behalf of a 'Financial Company'.
• Workers will be fully trained and do not require a background in financial service to undertake this job.
• Sending and replying to emails, data entry etc
• Answering Phone calls

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great phone manner
• Basic computer skills for sending and replying to emails, data entry etc
• Capable of articulating on email and on the phone
• Police Check will be organised by the customer on the first day of the job.
