Exact Contracting Services has an exciting opportunity for a Camp CookFlexible Working Roster$$$ Annual Bonus | Long-term ProjectGreat Culture & Team Environment - Family owned businessAn exciting hands on opportunity exists for an experienced Camp Cook to join our project based just 65km out of Darwin City, the Manton Dam return to service project.Our Company:Established in Alice Springs in 1992, we are an Australian family owned company employing over 600 people nationally.With a team of talented people, Exact Contracting is well regarded in both the mining and civil industries for delivering high quality and superior results across mining services and civil construction projects throughout Australia.The successful candidate will perform the following:

• Prepare and cook two basic meals a day for a small crew (lunch and dinner);
• Ensuring the kitchen and facilities are HSEQ compliant, following HACCP procedures and safe work practices;
• Maintaining stock levels of kitchen and food supplies;
• Other duties as required.

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Current White Card (essential);
• Current Drivers Licence (essential);
• Experience cooking in a camp environment;
• Ability to work in regional and remote areas based on a FIFO/DIDO roster;
• Thorough knowledge of food and hygiene practices;
• Current use hygienic practices for food safety - SITXFSA001 (desirable);
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Pre-Employment:
