Position Title:Campaign Manager & Executive Assistant working with the senior Director.
Location: Western Suburbs
What You'll Do: As the Campaign Manager & Executive Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of a leading sales agent's operations! You’ll dive into managing top-notch property marketing campaigns, handling our social media game, and keeping our director on track with all things admin. Plus, you’ll be the friendly face to our clients who will love you because you will help deliver their real estate dreams!
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Extraordinaire: Assist in the design, planning and execution of awesome marketing campaigns to get our properties noticed across all the rising platforms, and a few traditional platforms as well.
- Social Media Maven: Grow our director’s social media swagger – from creating posts to engaging with our followers.
- Client Rockstar: Be the go-to for our clients, setting up meetings, and always keeping the vibes positive.
- Admin Aficionado: Keep the director’s schedule tight, prep those snazzy presentations, and handle all the important emails.
- Project Pro: Help out with exciting property events and other cool projects that come our way.
- Database Guru: Keep our CRM on point with accurate info on clients, properties, and campaign stats.
- Market Master: Crunch numbers and do research that helps us make smart decisions about our campaigns.
Skills You’ll Need:
- You’ve done this before, ideally in real estate or something similar.
- Social media is your playground – you know how to handle Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn like a pro.
- Organization is your middle name, and you juggle tasks like a circus performer.
- Talking to people? Easy peasy. You’re all about making clients feel very special.
- Microsoft Office? You could make a PowerPoint in your sleep.
- Be the smiling face meeting our buyers in the field.
- You’re a team player who also thrives when given space to shine.
