Working as a key member of the high-performing Travel Associates marketing team, this role is responsible for the execution, measurement and reporting of the brand's national, co-operative marketing campaigns.In this role, you will report to the Campaign Marketing Manager and will work collaboratively with the wider Marketing and Product team to deliver co-operative marketing campaigns across Australian and New Zealand, including campaign planning, creative briefing, stakeholder communication, and campaign reporting. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, in particular the broader marketing and product team, plus agency teams, to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on brand and in line with the brand/campaign strategy.Key responsibilities:
- Working with the Campaign Marketing Manager to design marketing plans for individual suppliers (luxury cruise, touring and destination tourism bodies) with measurable KPIs
- Supporting the Campaign Marketing Manager to deliver our quarterly Travel Associates magazine
- Briefing all creative assets for the execution of marketing campaigns
- Preparing internal communications to brief the Travel Associates network on upcoming campaign activity
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure both TA and Supplier needs are met with each campaign deliverable and securing the appropriate approvals to proceed
- Working with product teams to ensure the right campaign product and information is provided in a timely manner
- Ensuring co-op campaign materials reflect the Travel Associates brand guidelines and fit within our overall brand strategy, laddering up to the TA brand campaign itself
- Working with media agencies and other suppliers to ensure all advertising materials are provided correctly in a timely manner
- Creation of and adherence to project timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
- Develop Post Campaign Reporting and insights for the wider team and co-op partners to ensure deliverables and KPIs are met and reported on
- Represent the Travel Associates brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of our tone of voice, brand codes and overall brand and legal guidelines
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Completed or studying marketing degree
- Working knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid search and email marketing
- An understanding of analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
- Experience in digital marketing including website content, email marketing and social media
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
