Job Description
Reporting to the Candidate Experience Team Leader, you will have the chance to be responsible for overseeing the engagement of candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The Candidate Experience Consultants are responsible for ensuring each candidate receives an outstanding and personalised experience as they progress through their application to join the Australian Defence Force.
These roles are responsible for interacting with the candidate through inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat – complying with established processes, policies and quality standards at all times.
Candidate Experience Consultants provide candidate support at every stage of the recruitment process including follow up of scheduled interviews, answering any enquiries via online, chatbot or phone, sending letters of offer, and preparation, management and distribution of candidate documentation and information.
We are looking for candidates who can:
- Deliver an exceptional level of experience and service to all candidates, ensuring the candidate is cared for during the entire process of their application.
- Contribute to the delivery of a candidate first, high performing culture.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with candidates via all communication means used and available.
- Assist candidates effectively and accurately with their applications and through the process, providing correct advice and information on next steps.
- Work across multiple platforms, whilst actively listening and maintaining accurate and thorough journal notes.
- Maintain thorough records of candidate interactions, conversations, outcomes and actions in the required and expected location.
- Attend team meetings/stand ups when required and provide updates on progress as required.
- Drive efforts towards an exceptional standard of work, achieving established KPIs.
- Work collaboratively and effectively within the Candidate Experience team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results and provide the best possible outcome for the candidate.
- Contribute to a culture of honesty, openness and collaboration.
- Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of
- Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.
