Our Procurement division is looking for an experienced Candidate Manager/Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Wayville.
Your new role:
You'll join our Procurement team headed up by Rachel Homer (feel free to connect with her on Linkedin) who brings a wealth of industry knowledge. You'll hit the ground running and match highly skilled professionals with temporary & permanent opportunities in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:

• Work alongside the consultants to understand job requirements
• Strategically sourcing active and passive talent
• Talent pooling - seek searches, linkedin projects, networking events, industry referrals
• Candidate management, you'll be the first point of contact for our procurement candidates

What do you need to secure this position?

• Minimum of 12 months of successful experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting in professionals services
• You are resilient and not afraid to make the first move to engage with people
• Strong team player, but also independent and knows how to think outside the box
