As a part of the Aldus Group, we provide a wide range of individual to complete packaged solutions to customers in the print, packaging print and labelling industry.
We are currently looking for a Capital Equipment Sales Professional, to join our Australian Packaging Team. The role will Generate sales among new and existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling of Tronics Products. Operate as the point of contact for customers in your territory. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure projects are delivered and payment realised in alignment with agreed terms of the sale.
Some of your key capabilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic approach to identifying opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Create and deliver an effective business plan that will deliver on target commercial performance.
- Be the trusted advisor to our customers.
The successful application will have:
- Proven experience in sales of Capital Equipment in the a Continuous Manufacturing environment. [Coding and Labelling Preferred]
- Experience managing a sales tertiary.
- Knowledge of: SAP, CRM software [HubSpot Desirable], Microsoft 365
- An ability to understand a technical opportunity and deliver a value added solution
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Availability to travel intra state or interstate as required.
