Job description

The Care Park Group is a global parking management and property services provider approaching 500 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom.  Our services include parking operations in major locations such as Queen Victoria Market, Festival Brisbane and extending to hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centres. We park over 150,000 cars daily worldwide.

We are looking for Car ParkPatrol Officer / Car Park Attendant to join our growing team.

About the role: 

The primary role will include (but not limited to):

Car Park Attendant

  • Delivering exceptional service to all customers and retailers.
  • Maintaining and building working relationships with all areas of services and management on site.
  • Taking pride and ownership of all tasks being attended to;
  • Ensuring the Car Park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times.
  • Monitoring traffic management within the Car Park.
  • Reporting incidents and events accurately.
  • Ensuring that Car Park's standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld.

Car Park Patrol Officer

  • Undertaking parking compliance patrols within designated Car Parks
  • Using LPR Technology to enforce and monitor the different Car Parks.
  • issuing notices for non-compliance with parking regulations
  • Proactively identifying parking issues and providing feedback regarding improvement opportunities
  • maintaining a customer service focused approach
  • Reporting incidents and events accurately.

About you:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
  • Professional and hygienic personal presentation
  • Energetic, pro-active, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
  • Intermediate data entry and reporting
  • A dedication to the company's goals and/or mission
  • A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary
  • Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual and Automatic license
  • Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently
