We are looking for Car ParkPatrol Officer / Car Park Attendant to join our growing team.
About the role:
The primary role will include (but not limited to):
Car Park Attendant
- Delivering exceptional service to all customers and retailers.
- Maintaining and building working relationships with all areas of services and management on site.
- Taking pride and ownership of all tasks being attended to;
- Ensuring the Car Park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times.
- Monitoring traffic management within the Car Park.
- Reporting incidents and events accurately.
- Ensuring that Car Park's standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld.
Car Park Patrol Officer
- Undertaking parking compliance patrols within designated Car Parks
- Using LPR Technology to enforce and monitor the different Car Parks.
- issuing notices for non-compliance with parking regulations
- Proactively identifying parking issues and providing feedback regarding improvement opportunities
- maintaining a customer service focused approach
- Reporting incidents and events accurately.
About you:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
- Professional and hygienic personal presentation
- Energetic, pro-active, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
- Intermediate data entry and reporting
- A dedication to the company's goals and/or mission
- A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary
- Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly
- Attention to detail
- Manual and Automatic license
- Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently
