About the Role:
The role involves leading the car park team in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining immaculate car park presentation. Additionally, it requires effective management of personnel, facilities, and equipment to deliver top-tier service to stakeholders. Responsibilities include roster management, reporting, customer complaint resolution, stakeholder engagement, and staff training.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good computer literacy skills
- Full driver's license with excellent driving skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Ability to pass a national police check
- Leadership experience preferred
