Car Washer - Casual

To support our continued growth our Launceston dealership is seeking a casual Car Washer.  Previous experience as a Car Washer, together with some detailing experience will be well regarded, however our primary focus is on identifying a reliable, physically fit individual who isn't afraid of hard work, and who can contribute well to the team.

ABOUT US:

We are a high volume, quality Dealership with a commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service. This includes washing customers cars as part of their service experience.

ABOUT YOU:

Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

• Valid Australian ‘manual transmission’ Driver’s Licence 
• Previous experience in a similar role, or the ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive mindset.
• physical fitness and able to perform at-times physically demanding work 
• Attention to detail and the ability to receive and act upon constructive feedback
• Good communication skills and able to closely follow instructions
• Ability to work well within a small team, and independently
• Honesty, reliability, and punctuality 
• Ability to use initiative, problem-solve, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
