We are on the hunt for our next manager/s for our Caravan Park in North Bundaberg.
About us:
AAOK Riverdale Caravan park is located on the beautiful Burnett River. Our park is growing, and currently consists of 79 powered sites, 12 unpowered sites, 12 queen rooms, 3 single rooms and 2 x 2 bedroom air bnb units adjoining the park.
What we are looking for:
Someone with experience in the industry that can hit the ground running. Newbooks experience is preferred (or similar) and a good level of understanding of all adminstration work.
A great attitude with exceptional customer service is a must - we want someone that is friendly, vibrant and an excellent leader.
The role:
Day to day management of the park including but not limited to - Rostering staff, office management, checking guests in/out, cash handling, reporting to head office, groundskeeping, laundry, housekeeping where required, marketing, boosting occupancy etc.
This is a live on site position in the managers residence - currently a 1 bedroom residence. This role is more suited to a couple, however we will look at a highly experienced single person. A partnership or company ABN is required. Your package will include an attractive weekly rate, accommodation, electricity, phone calls and internet. Days on/days off to be negotiated with the successful candidates.
