About Us:
Oracle Healthcare is a Preventative Health Clinic located in the North Shore Health Hub, on the North Shore Hospital Campus (next to St Leonard's train station).
About the role:
- Supporting a Cardiologist to run their practice from Oracle Healthcare. We have 4 Cardiologists currently who all work different days.
- Setting up for resting and stress echocardiograms, proper placement and removal of devices and equipment to patients. Preparation of patient data for consultations.
- Troubleshooting equipment when necessary.
- Assisting with administrative duties, including appointment reminders by phone and SMS, as well as checking in patients for their appointments.
- Ensuring the testing room is appropriately stocked and clean for patient appointments.
- Greeting and caring for all patients, making them feel welcome and taken care of.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. Any experience in nursing is also favoured.
- A friendly, reliable personality. We value punctuality and grace to patients.
- Efficient, organised & detail oriented.
- Computer literate, preferably with experience using Genie PMS.
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and with the team.
- Strong personal presentation.
Hours are 08.30am - 17.00pm, Monday- Friday.
