We are currently seeking an experienced Care Companion to join our wonderful team at Sienna Grange Aged Care on a Part Time basis on night duty 10.30pm - 7.15am. This permanent roster allows for work life balance, with one week on and one week off.
Week 1: Saturday
Week 2: Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri

Your New Role
As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
About You
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Availability to work Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts over across a seven-day roster
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
