About The RoleAs our Banora PointCare Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. We are looking for someone with deep CM experience who can join us on an exciting journey of collaboration and trust to build cohesiveness across the leadership team and staff contingent. Attention to detail is important and being able to deliver simple messages that equip and empower people to deliver excellent care is crucial. A focus on embedding the new standards will be a part of your daily life every day.About the Home Bupa Banora Point is a delightful care home set in a suburb of Tweed Heads in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. You’ll be close to the local community with shops, parks, schools and churches nearby. It consists of 103 beds, with a variety of care units.
