Care Services Employee

Carrington is a not-for-profit centre of excellence for retirees, providing a focus on person-centered quality care and health services to consumers in our Independent Living, Residential Care and Community Care services. At Carrington, we are committed to providing quality care for our Consumers, so they can live a happier, healthier more independent life.   We are currently seeking qualified Care Service Employees to join our Residential Care team on a casual basis, with opportunities also for permanent full-time or part-time.

At the current time, availability to work Night Shift will be highly regarded. The key to success within this position is the ability to be proactive, self-driven, and competent in managing time effectively, paired with the ability to be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of our Consumers. About the role

The Care Service Employee’s primary objective is to make a positive contribution in our Residents’ daily lives by providing high quality, holistic, person-centered care.
