Due to continued growth in the Burnie and Greater North West region, we are looking for outgoing, customer focused individual’s, with passion and energy to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Positively engage with clients, identify their needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain and effectively communicate specialised product knowledge
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Perform general administrative duties including booking appointments, processing documents and data entry, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
A current valid driver’s license is required for this role.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer service role's with a track record of effectively managing customer queries and expectations while building rapport
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner
- An exceptionally high standard of personal presentation
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy
- An excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes.
