If you have similar experience, please apply!DescriptionThe key responsibilities and duties:

• Coordinates daily cargo operation and work flow.
• Supports cargo customer service and quality.
• Handles administration and office support.
• Maintain flight cargo operation by supervising warehouse activities and coordinating appropriate cargo transport and through customer and in-house correspondence.
• Conduct regular meeting and inspections with the warehouse company to ensure the work performed is up to company standards.
• Spread the knowledge and understanding of company's standards and quality of services within Perth's freight division through the creation of standard operation procedures, manuals and training.

Profileorder to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Japanese language skills a great advantage but not a must.
• Interest in Japan, Japanese culture or language is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and a great team player
• Previous experience in a similar role in the airline industry will be highly regarded
• Work hours are between 14:30 - 23:00 in shift when there are flights and 9:00 - 17:30 OR 11:00 - 19:30when there are no flights
