Carpenter/All Rounder (ongoing full-time subcontracting)

We do domestic building maintenance for rental property managers, tailoring the kinds of jobs and location to suit your individual skills so you don’t have to do everything.  We also provide work in the area you live in to minimise travel for you.  We employ you as subcontractor so you have the freedom and flexibility of managing your own time around your personal life, while still having as much reliable work as you wish without needing to quote jobs and chase money.  Most of our tradesmen make around $2k per week, but you could do double that or half that, depending on how much you wish to work. The starting rate is $50/hr.

All you need is;

- your own basic tools & transport, and an ABN (we can help you with the ABN, it’s easy)

- enjoy variety which will include some plastering & painting as well as basic carpentry

- enjoy the freedom of organising your own time & working on your own

- be self-motivated, trustworthy, and fit with a positive attitude
