Carpenter/forman supervisor

We are on the hunt for a site superstar carpenter/ Forman supervisor.

Two Hammers Construction is a bespoke residential builder specialising in high end renovations, extensions and small new builds. We have some exciting projects coming up for the next year and more.

As our carpenter/ Forman supervisor you will be working on the tools doing the carpentry on numerous projects, running jobs, organising the day to day activities, booking in our subcontractor trades, material ordering whilst ensuring the work is to Australian standards and safety of our small team. You will be supported by the builder and working with, managing and mentoring another carpenter or 2 and apprentice.

What's needed:

-Australian carpentry Qualification (you will need this to be considered for this role)

-Wa Practitioners registration is highly desirable but not essential.

-5 plus years experience after your carpentry apprenticeship on residential builds. Experience running custom residential renovations and new builds an advantage. 

-Good problem-solving skills and good hand skills

-Full set of tools for all carpentry and work car/trailer or work Ute.

-Hourly rate dependent on experience and qualifications and our ideal candidate is looking for a long term role, wants to learn new things and has a can do attitude. We have full time hours available.

Two Hammers Construction is based in Margaret River and works from Busselton down to Augusta.
