Based in Port Augusta this role will include extensive traveland work in Olympic Dam mine site. The duties would include not belimited to the following:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fullygrasp requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materialneeded
- Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structuresaccording to specifications
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings byusing raw materials or pre-constructed items
- Lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls ensuring they arelevelled, and compatible
- Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items andinstall them where designated
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
Your Skills and Experience would include
- AQF certificate III or equivalent or 3 years relevantexperience
- Dexterity and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentrymaterials
- Ability to follow all health and safety standards isessential
Your Remuneration
Salary range $70,000 - $90,000 + superannuation.
