Western Australia's most innovative floor covering retailer with a huge range of products in Carpet, Timber, Hybrid and Vinyl is currently looking to employ  Enthusiastic and determined CARPET & FLOORING SALESPERSONS with a proven track sales records in FLOORING and a positive attitude to join our business..

Parry's has continued to grow as a brand in Perth with now eight stores, both North and South, across the Perth metropolitan region. 

Currently we have positions available North and South of the River in FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions..

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to and qualify customers entering our stores, from phone and internet enquiries. 
• Identify the best Flooring Solution for the customer's needs
• Have a sound knowledge across all of our Flooring Product Ranges
• Calculate or estimate quantity of floor coverings your client requires as accurate as possible and continue through the sales process to complete the sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, Positive Attitude, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Measuring rooms off plans, planning & quoting experience in CARPET & other flooring.
• Exceptional communication skills, Strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to succeed and be proactive in chasing leads

This is a position with complete training, benefits including above industry award wages with a wage and bonus commission structure that benefits greatly the quality sales person. 

How to be successful:

• Flooring sales experience is ESSENTIAL.

We will train the right candidate if you measure up. Our training program combined with our customer service and huge warehouse display and distribution makes sure there is no ceiling on what you can earn. Employment opportunities require availability for weekends and public holidays.
