AddressAs a Carwash Attendant/Manager, you will be the face of our business, assisting customers and ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, interacting with people, happy to get their hands dirty and is keen to learn about the carwash industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and guide them through the different washing options available.
· Educate customers on the use of carwash equipment and products.
· Perform daily, weekly & monthly maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the carwash is operating efficiently and is kept clean.
· Perform any maintenance tasks as they come up
· Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Manage transactions with customers
· Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
