Carwash/Detailer Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a keen eye for perfection. This role involves Managing our Car Detailing Service in Geraldton. Leading a small team of junior detailers you will achieve a high level of cleaning, polishing, and restoration tasks to ensure that each vehicle leaves our facility in pristine condition. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Detailing Service
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
• Detailing the interior of vehicles, including upholstery cleaning, leather conditioning, and dashboard restoration.
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management.
• Use specialized equipment and products to achieve the highest level of cleanliness and shine.
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car detailing or automotive maintenance preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously.
• Lead and train a small team of junior employees
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
